Availability of products
After receiving the order, Fandangoitalia proceeds to confirm by e-mail of the order being processed. The articles, being custom-tailored, require different times, also depending on the ordered material. If the ordered materials are no longer available, we will immediately inform the customer proposing possible alternatives.
Order processing
Orders will be processed based on processing times and the positive outcome of the payment. Fandangoitalia has the right to refuse orders to anyone for any reason.
Shipping methods
All deliveries made by Fandangoitalia are covered by insurance against theft and accidental damage. Once the delivery is completed, the insurance coverage lapses.
Delivery
Orders will be shipped from Fandangoitalia, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am CET to 6:00 pm CET.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
We inform you that we do not ship to PO boxes.
Return
We do not accept returns for rethinking, as our products are tailor-made by hand on request, except in the event that the product arrives at destination damaged or present defects us computable.
In this case, it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly notify Fandangoitalia, who will evaluate the confirmation of the return.
Upon confirmation, the customer can proceed with the shipment of the product at the address provided. The costs for this shipment will be charged to the customer, so that he can choose the courier he prefers.
Following the confirmation by the craftsman of the conformity of the returned product (the product must not have any previously uncovered scratches, signs of wear, abrasions, etc., and must have all the accessory elements such as the attached instructions / notes / manuals, the original packaging / packaging and the warranty certificate if present), the value of the purchased product will be returned net of shipping costs and any handling fees.
